We are confident that you will love any item you purchase from us, and that it will fit you well. Things do happen, though; here’s what to do if your item is not just perfect.
If something doesn’t fit your finger, your wrist, your belt, whatever – we can usually resize it to fit well, or we may be able to advise you on making a minor adjustment. We have years of resizing experience. Just ask. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for anything you send back to us for resizing. We will make an individual determination regarding sizing or alteration charges for pieces you’ve purchased from us. Please ask prior to purchase for guidelines.
If you’ve made a mistake in your sizing or customization request, we can still fix it. Again, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for anything you send back to us for resizing or adjustment, and we will make an individual determination regarding sizing or alteration charges for pieces you’ve purchased from us. Please ask prior to purchase if you have questions about sizing, fit or customization.
If we’ve made a mistake in sizing or alteration (for example, if you asked for a size eight and we made it a nine), we will make every attempt to correct our mistake to your satisfaction at no additional cost to you. We reserve the right to issue a refund if we feel any mistake of ours cannot be justly remedied.
If we’ve made a mistake in the product description, or if we’ve shipped the wrong item, please let us know. We will work with you and make an individual determination as to the best solution for all parties.
If it turns out you just don’t like the item you bought, you may request a Return Authorization Number and send any stock item back to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order had received free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and insurance costs from your refundable amount.
- A stock item is one that has not been altered (adjusted, modified or customized) by us or anyone else.
- If the piece was altered by us, we will make an individual determination regarding its exchange or refund. Please ask prior to purchase for guidelines.
- If the piece was altered by anyone else, or damaged after leaving our shop, we will not exchange or refund for any reason. Damage occurring during shipment is covered under our Shipping Policies. We can fix just about anything that someone else has damaged for a reasonable fee.
After 14 days, and prior to 30 days, items may be exchanged only.
After 30 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Returns and Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number. Contact us for information prior to shipping anything back to us.
